Sie soll internen wie auch externen Zielgruppen als Motivation in Bezug auf Arbeits- und Kaufverhalten dienen <sup><a href=\"#footnote_1_283\" id=\"identifier_1_283\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"vgl. Burmann\/Halaszovich\/Hemmann (2012) in Identit&auml;tsbasierte Markenf&uuml;hrung, S. 49\">1<\/a><\/sup>. <br>Damit \u00fcbernimmt sie die Funktion als eine Art Handlungskorridor, der auf alle Bereiche anwendbar ist und markenkonformes Handeln f\u00f6rdert. Eine wesentliche Anforderung ist die Formulierung einer ambitionierten, aber langfristig realisierbaren Wunschvorstellung <sup><a href=\"#footnote_2_283\" id=\"identifier_2_283\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"vgl. Burmann\/Meffert\/Feddersen, 2012, S. 7; Burmann\/Halaszovich\/Hemmann (2012) in Identit&auml;tsbasierte Markenf&uuml;hrung, S. 49\">2<\/a><\/sup>. Anhand dieser k\u00f6nnen Mitarbeiter auch Bereiche und Kompetenzen identifizieren, die von der Marke zun\u00e4chst aus- oder aufgebaut werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"strategic-opportunity-identifiziert-die-attraktive-rolle-im-markt\">Strategic Opportunity identifiziert die attraktive Rolle im Markt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Basis einer guten Vision liegt in der ausf\u00fchrlichen Analyse der Marktsituation und Marktentwicklung. Im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brandholosphere.com\/brand-holosphere-model\/\">Brand Holosphere Model<\/a> findet sich die Vision in Form der Strategic Opportunity oberhalb des Brand Purpose und dient als dessen Herleitung und Absprungbasis. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Vision ist es wert nach ihr zu streben und l\u00e4sst es zu an sie zu glauben. Sie inspiriert die einen und verschreckt die anderen. Sie spricht in uns das Bed\u00fcrfnis danach an einen Beitrag zu leisten und etwas in dieser Welt zu bewegen, oder gar etwas zu hinterlassen, das gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als wir selbst bedeutender als Geld. Berechen- und Absehbarkeit haben nichts gemein mit wahrhaftigen Visionen. Und doch sind Visionen gerade im wirtschaftlichen Kontext allzu oft einfach berechenbar, treiben niemanden an und verschwinden nach nicht allzu langer Zeit in der Bedeutungslosigkeit. Quantitative Messgr\u00f6\u00dfen haben ebenso wenig in einer Vision verloren, wie Floskeln deren Inhalt ebenso ungewollt wie unverstanden bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\" id=\"big-hairy-audacious-goals\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00acfb;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">B<\/span>IG <span style=\"color: #00acfb;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">H<\/span>AIRY <font color=\"#00acfb\"><span style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 172, 251);\">A<span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">UDA<\/span><\/span><\/font>CIOUS <span style=\"color: #00acfb;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">G<\/span>OALS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Jim Collins und Jerry Porras skizzieren in &#8220;Build to last&#8221; (2004) unter anderem die Wichtigkeit von BHAGs <sup><a href=\"#footnote_3_283\" id=\"identifier_3_283\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Big hairy audacious goals\">3<\/a><\/sup> f\u00fcr den Erfolg eines Unternehmens. Auf deutsch wird auch gerne der Dreiklang aus <strong>g<\/strong>ro\u00df, <strong>g<\/strong>ewagt, <strong>g<\/strong>reifbar genutzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visionen k\u00f6nnen entstehen, gedeihen und \u00fcberzeugen, aber sie k\u00f6nnen nicht erzwungen werden. Auch nicht um eine Unternehmensstrategie zu verbalisieren, um viele Mitarbeiter zu erreichen und eben diese zu motivieren. Es gilt sie aus uns herauszukitzeln, denn sie sind oft schon lange Teil unseres Seins, als Individuum und Kollektiv. Gibt die Vision ein unrealistisches Ziel vor, so kann sie auch demotivierend wirken, weshalb derartige Vorgaben aus Managementkreisen mit Vorsicht zu genie\u00dfen und mit besonderer Sorgfalt zu formulieren sind <sup><a href=\"#footnote_4_283\" id=\"identifier_4_283\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Burmann\/Halaszovich\/Hemmann (2012) in Identit&auml;tsbasierte
